I’m Robert Potts, the founder of the Grace Agency, LLC.  When I’m not helping people navigate the Medicare system, I enjoy traveling and spending time  with my daughter and three grandchildren. I also love a good western movie as I’ve been told all my life that I’m a direct descendent of the frontiersman, Daniel Boone! I’m Robert Potts, the founder of the Grace Agency, LLC.  When I’m not helping people navigate the Medicare system, I enjoy traveling and spending time  with my daughter and three grandchildren. I also love a good western movie as I’ve been told all my life that I’m a direct descendent of the frontiersman, Daniel Boone! I started this family owned and operated insurance agency some 15 years ago following the advice of my late father who grew up during the Great Depression. He was a decorated WWII Veteran and worked hard all of his life raising four boys on a farm. When I was twelve years old, he said “Son, take my advice and work for yourself, you should open up your own company.” His voice echoed in my mind  several years after his passing, until one day I decided to listen to it by leaving my career in architecture and building a family business. I truly believe that with faith, hard work and determination anything is possible if you  believe in yourself!
The Grace Agency, is named after my mother Mary Grace and only daughter Natalie Grace. The name also reflects my Christian views and values. My agency specializes in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplemental Plans and Life insurance because I have nearly 15 years experience navigating the Medicare system and enjoy helping others make important life decisions. All too often people entering into Medicare are left behind to figure it all out on their own. Medicare Plans can be confusing to everyone from the applications to enrollment periods, penalties and deadlines. Our agents are licensed and appointed with all of the major carriers and trained each year to  discuss the most up to date plan options with you.

I’m most proud of my family and our trusted team! My daughter, Natalie Grace is my partner and President of the agency. She works along side my son-in-law Karl Wagner and many other trusted family members and friends. Our agents choose to treat you like family because we are a big family, all working together.
